DAY 1:
- Check-in at Estalagem do Guadiana, in Alcoutim. The rest of the day is free.
- Typical Portugese dinner at the Hotel restaurant.

DAY 2: Alcoutim-Vaqueiros
- Breakfast in the Hotel. (including snack to take)
- 9h00: Departure from the Hotel by mountainbike to Alcoutim, (7km) to start crossing sectors 1, 2 and 3 (Vaqueiros). Distance: 58,80km
- Arrival at Vaqueiros. Snack in Casa de Pasto Teixeira.
- Transfer to the Estalagem do Guadiana
- Dinner at the Hotel.

DAY 3: Vaqueiros-Salir
- Breakfast at the Hotel. (including snack to take)
- 8h30: Transfer to the beginning of the sector 4: Vaqueiros. Crossing sectors 4,5 and 6 (Salir). Distance: 58,88km
- Arrival at Salir. Lunch in Restaurant Porto Doce.
- Transfer to Alte Hotel
- Dinner at the Hotel Restaurant “Cataplana”.

DAY 4: Salir-Silves
- Breakfast in the Hotel. (including snack to take).
- 8h30: Transfer to Salir. crossing sectors 7, 8 and 9 (Silves). Distance: 63,10km
- Arrival to the Hotel Colina dos Mouros in Silves
-20h30: Dinner at the “Recanto dos Mouros” Restaurant

DAY 5: Silves-Marmelete
- Breakfast in the Hotel. (including snack to take).
- 9h00: Departure from Hotel by Mountainbike crossing sectors 10 and 11 (Marmelete). Distance: 42,90km
– This is the most dificult part, with steep hills, passing through the highest point of the Algarve: Fóia 902m
- Arrival at Marmelete. Snack at the Café “O Tita”.
- Transfer to Hotel Caldas de Monchique (, visiting a destilary.
- Dinner at the “Fonte dos Chorões” Restaurant .

DAY 6: Marmelete-Sagres
- Breakfast in the Hotel. (including small snack to take).
- 8h30: Transfer to the beginning of Sector 12, Marmelete. Cossing sectors 12, 13 and 14 (Cape S. Vicente). Distance: 77,84 km.
- Arrival at Sagres. Lunch at the Restaurant “O Mexilhão”
- Continuation to the end of crossing, to Sagres.
- Departure to the Hotel (
- Free dinner(not included in price)

Day 7:
- Breakfast in the hotel
- Transfer to the Aeroporto
