THE ECOVIA

The Ecovia is a big route that passes along the south coast of the Algarve. It's 214 Km long passing different cultures, various habitats of wild life with fantastic landscapes. The Ecovia starts in Cape São Vicente (Sagres) and ends in Vila Real de Santo António.

Ecovia Stages

The crossing is divided in stages:

Transfer - Faro - Sagres

1- Cabo de São Vicente - Lagos 

2- Lagos - Portimão 

3- Portimão - Albufeira 

4- Albufeira - Faro

5- Faro - Tavira 

6- Tavira - Vila Real de Santo António 

Transfer  - VRSA - Faro

The cycling distance per stage varies between 30 and 50 km
